I am a coach and equity focused consultant partnering with social entrepreneurs, particularly women leaders, founders, and networks.

I've partnered with nonprofit, foundation, Bcorps, and social enterprise leaders across the US, East Africa, and Latin America for the last 15 years.

Now running a social impact consultancy for the last six years based out of San Francisco and now Oakland, I was super burned out on the tired dysfunctional systems, organizational structures, and leadership status quos that don't lead to sustainable impact or equity for communities or teams.

I'm a back up brain for leaders of color and founders who need help with running high growth, anti-racist organizations.

This looks like coaching, network steward, cipture buiting, hileading, building inclusive processes, and filling gaps where internal staff members aren't always able to.
